Badogor's Thoughts:

"Golnir, a wealthy land steeped in curious folklore"

Much more to do in much less space, even more interlocked and many codewords that are necessary to fullfill missions in other titles.

The book includes Golnir and a little of the violet ocean beneath.

Fireguard's Thoughts:

All in all this book isn't much different from The War Torn Kingdom, aside from the difficulty being slightly higher and the removal of class-specific level increases. Not level increases where a certain class is more likely to be successful, though.

The setting was a little stronger, though. In the previous book there were two factions vying for power, but still not much of a sense that the kingdom was actually torn by war or in danger of same. In Golnir, there was a palpable feeling that the farther I got from civilization the more untamed the country was and the more dangerous things got. It feels sort of like the power struggle in the previous book hadn't really gone anywhere, and the authors decided to just make another fantasy kingdom to explore without a similar underlying theme.

Whatever the reason, I had more fun exploring Golnir than Sokara.
