Demian's Thoughts:

This book certainly has a lot of endings, but it's no better than the other books in this little series. Although no number appears on it anywhere, this was the fourth and final book in the series, and it came out not long before the main Which Way Books series was also discontinued.

drereichdude's Thoughts:

Ahh... Batman. The Dark Knight Detective has been the subject of many books, graphic novels, TV shows (live-action and animated) and numerous movies of varying quality. This gamebook was the first one in the Which Way series I ever read, back in 1990 when I was 12. Therefore I have a fond memory of it.

This book has numerous storylines to choose from, and many villains to do battle with. The Joker, The Riddler, and Two-Face all have one-on-one encounters with Batman, and in one path, Joker, Ridder, Catwoman, and the Scarecrow team up in order to kidnap millionaires and hold them ransom.

Batman has quite a few tools at his disposal. The Batmobile, the Batplane, and the Bat Mini-Submarine make appearances, as well as his ever useful Utility Belt, which can get him out of almost any mess he gets into.

Finally, while Batman does not possess any superhuman powers, his intellect and his amazing physical strength and agility are quite useful when he battles the evils of Gotham City. That and his uncanny ability to solve crimes and capture criminals is the reason that he was nicknamed the "World's Greatest Detective" in the comic books.

Well, there you have it. I hope that you enjoy reading this book like I did!
