While most books in this series are made up of three short adventures, this one is more similar to a Choose Your Own Adventure in that it only has a single plot. If more books in the series had taken this approach, the series would have been stronger (which doesn't mean it's bad as it is). This book is fairly well constructed in terms of both story and gameplay, and I found the read pleasant and engaging enough. Recommended. |
