Görünmez oldun (Turkish)
Tu es invisible (French)
|User Summary:||While cleaning the attic with your friend Robert you come across a magical cape of invisibility.|
This is a fairly good book; it feels a bit longer than usual (which is nice, considering the brevity of most of these books) and the writing is above average. The story is nothing new, but that's not really a problem considering the age group the book is aimed at; this scenario is a common childhood fantasy and should be appreciated by many kids.
This book has always remained one of my favorites in the series. The first choice as to whether or not the invisible cape should be split in half is an interesting dilemma; to keep it all to one's self seems selfish, but to cut it in half risks damaging a priceless treasure. Both paths that lead from this first choice branch off into storyline possibilities that I found to be both intriguing and very funny. The illustrations provide the perfect touch to the story, with pictures that give a good look at what is happening in the story while simultaneosly supplying a lightly comic touch. I consider this to be an above-average entry in the series.
