This is a great historical gamebook. As in all the 'discover your own hidden past' gamebooks, the plot in this one is involving and exciting. Furthermore, the decision-making is highly challenging. The dialogue in Eighteenth-Century English is also a nice touch. I recommend it wholeheartedly. It's unfortunate that these Storytrails books are so hard to find nowadays. It takes a great deal of patience to find a cheap copy of any title using Amazon or Abebooks, but the titles are well worth the search. |
