Guillermo's Thoughts: |
In typical Dan Jolley fashion, this is not an internally consistent single quest gamebook (as Captured by Pirates by the Fontes couple is), but a rather disparate collection of stories that differ significantly depending on the choices made by the reader. While the book is no Vampire Hunt, I still enjoyed it quite a bit. The scenario of having to deal with three alien races without revealing your true identity proves to be a lot of fun, and there are enough unexpected outcomes to make it enjoyable to keep rereading. Definitely recommended. |
