Guillermo's Thoughts: |
(Review based on the Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls Adventurers Compendium version.) This extremely short adventure is your prototypical fantasy "enter into a tavern and get into fights" story. The consequences of choices are quite predictable for the most part, meaning that the adventure hasn't aged particularly well. Still, it can be considered a precursor to the tavern scenes in several Fighting Fantasy books. The game gets extra points for being particularly difficult to finish without being killed or sold into slavery. Overall, this is fine if you need to kill a little time, but don't expect much more. |
