case09's Thoughts: |
This is not a great gamebook. It is suffering from a very very linear storyline with tons of fake forks that end in dead ends, and even on this linear, SINGLE path, the game puts in ridiculously hard monsters which basically forces you to cheat, if you value your time. Regarding the game system, it also feels like an afterthought. You regain all your health back after every combat encounter, which is strange enough, but you also have strength and agility scores which are completely not usable in combat. It is simply bad design. Sorry to say, but I can't recommend this gamebook to anyone. |
