This adventure is short and simple, involving just two combat encounters and a few skill checks. Most of the adventure's sections are dedicated to explaining the various race, class, and alignment options the player may choose. The adventure only serves as an introduction to a multiplayer adventure which is also included in the D&D Essentials box. As a result, it is fairly insubstantial, and I would not advise getting the Essentials set just to play it. |
