This oft-reprinted reference guide to role-playing games contains a solo adventure called "Eye of the Dragon" (not to be confused with the Golden Dragon Fantasy Gamebook of the same title). The adventure uses the "Fantasy Quest" system, which has a few randomly-generated attributes and the need to keep track of an inventory; it's very much in keeping with the style of the author's Fighting Fantasy series, which debuted at about the same time this volume was published.
