User Summary: | You are an employee of the Starstreak Express Messenger Service. You are given a choice of two important assignments: deliver a letter announcing the successor to a throne or return a priceless figurine to its rightful home planet. |
Demian's Thoughts: |
This is probably Stephen Mooser's best work, with some neat riddles and a slightly more interesting plot than usual. |
Fireguard's Thoughts: |
After all the boring and uninvolving science fiction books put out as part of this series, it's surprising when one turns out to be one of the best reads to have the Which Way label. I won't deny Monster Express has some silly parts, like when the book asks if you want to let an evil magician hypnotize you instead of flipping a coin or something to see if he succeeds, but even that part didn't get a groan out of me. |
