While in Spain in 1994, I found some cheap-looking black and white sci-fi comic books. The series was called Starblazer. Most were common simplistic sci-fi stories, but I found two that were special. Starblazer 150 and 152 were interactive stories.

The Starblazer series was also published in the Netherlands, but it is unknown if the interactive stories were also published in other countries. It's hard to find the Starblazer comics, but there are a few online book stores that sell them. Apparently Starblazer has some kind of cult status, because these cheap booklets with a paper quality less than most toilet paper seem to be collectors' items.
