The launch of the Saab 9-3 SportCombi in 2005 involved a number of promotional items being produced. One item was a book titled "The Race Against Time", published in-house by Saab Automobile (United Kingdom). The 100-page adventure game book featuring the Saab 9-3 SportWagon was sent to 50,000 prospects and existing customers. In addition, at the time of the book's release, there was a corresponding online version of the book (game) which unfortunately is no longer available.
