Surprisingly decent read, even if some choices led to you missing the very event you were promised to witness. You spend most of the book in the company of Baal cultists that could turn on you any moment, and witness some gruesome pagan rituals. The prophet Elijah is pretty badass and looks like Charlton Heston. Decent entry in the series despite its weaker moments, with a sense of intrigue and peril even though you're limited to being an observer. |
