This book is almost identical to the previous football title in the series; it has the same characters, the same writing style and even the same sort of pointless surprise ending (which, strangely enough, I came across upon my first read-through of the book). Perhaps there's something here for the sports fan to enjoy, but as an ignorant layman, I was pretty bored most of the time. |
