Item - Golden Dragon Fantasy Gamebooks Box Set

This boxed set includes the first four books in the Golden Dragon hexology (= six-book series) and was released exclusively in Great Britain in April 1985. While I can see why collectors might want to track down this four-volume release it's not at all worth the extra cost to other readers; while the paper slipcase features the colorful cover art of several of the titles contained within, it's not exactly a must-have to most. I hold mixed opinions of the books themselves (the difficulty level and lack of opportunities to heal are dissuasive) and thus find myself unable to recommend this set overall; it lacks a definitive selling point to all except first-time readers and collectors, and as such it's not a must-have for most. ^^
